Strad Energy Services Ltd. ("Strad" or the "Company") (TSX:SDY) announces the voting results
in respect of its annual and special meeting of shareholders held on May 31, 2017 (the
"Meeting"). Each of the matters voted on at the Meeting is outlined in the Corporation's Management
Information Circular - Proxy Statement dated April 21, 2017 (the "Information Circular"), which is available on

Strad shareholders have duly elected all of the director nominees proposed by management in the Information Circular. The
