announced that it had filed a prospectus supplement to its effective shelf registration statement on Form S-3 for the sale of
shares of its common stock having an aggregate market value of up to $25,000,000 through an “at the market” equity offering
program.
The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes, which may include working capital
to support organic growth at Southern Bank, and to support possible acquisitions to the extent available. The shares will be
offered through Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, Inc. A Stifel Company as distribution agent. The distribution agent may
