"The Johnson Controls Operating System drives efficiency and excellence across the enterprise, leveraging best practices
across all of our functions," said Molinaroli. "Mike has played a critical role in improving our procurement and supply chain

Bartschat succeeds Jeff Williams, who has moved on to lead the company's Buildings business in

"I want to personally thank Jeff for his leadership in building enterprise capabilities in several key areas, most especially
operations and engineering. He has established a solid foundation upon which Mike will build," said Molinaroli.

chief procurement officer, he is also the integration leader for the merger between Johnson Controls and Tyco. In that role he

companies.
Prior to being named CPO, Bartschat served as group vice president and general manager of product group metals and mechanisms
