Capella Education Company (NASDAQ: CPLA), a leading education provider, announced today that its board of
directors has approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.41 per outstanding share of common stock. The cash dividend is
payable on Oct. 13, 2017 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on Aug. 25, 2017.
