NEW YORK, Aug. 8, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Cohen & Steers,
Inc. (NYSE:CNS) today reported preliminary assets under management of $61.9 billion as of
July 31, 2017, an increase of $1.4 billion from June 30, 2017. The increase was due to market appreciation of $922 million and
net inflows of $842 million partially offset by distributions of $321
million.
