“As the Teladoc business has evolved and expanded, so too have our human resource needs, with now more than 1200 employees in
locations around the world. It’s paramount that we build on our HR foundation to continue to meet the talent acquisition,
employee development and associated compliance needs of a growing and diverse employee pool,” said Teladoc CEO, Jason Gorevic.
“David not only has the requisite depth of experience and demonstrated leadership capability, but is also a strong cultural fit to
join the ranks of our executive management team.”
Schloss has spent more than 25 years in the field of HR – the majority with public companies – and also has the distinction of

products targeting autoimmune and cardiology indications. He was instrumental in helping grow Caladrius’ PCT cell therapy
development and manufacturing business, as well as in the integration of a corporate acquisition. Prior to that he served in

Schloss started his HR career and spent nearly 20 years with GlaxoSmithKline.
“In today's highly competitive global marketplace, attracting and retaining the best talent enables industry leaders like
