(TASE: SKLN) is pleased to announce that it is proceeding with an offering of a new series of unsecured debentures (“Series B Debentures”) through the Israeli bond market. Today a draft Deed of Trust was published to the general public via the Israeli MAGNA portal, in accordance with requirements of Israeli law. The exact size of the proposed offering and closing date has yet to be determined and the offering is subject to board and regulatory approval.  Canadian residents are not eligible to participate in this offering.
