VANCOUVER, Oct. 19, 2017 /CNW/ - Universal-mCloud Corp (TSX-V:
MCLD) ("mCloud") announces that it has retained NATIONAL Equicom to provide strategic investor relations services.
Under the terms of agreement with NATIONAL Equicom, mCloud will pay a monthly retainer fee of $8,000 for select strategic communications and investor relations services. The contract terms is for 12 months
and commences immediately. Neither NATIONAL Equicom nor any of its principals have an ownership interest, directly or indirectly,
in mCloud or its securities, and the Company has not granted NATIONAL Equicom or its principals any right to acquire such
interests.
