Vancouver, BC / TheNewswire / Nov 07, 2017 – BlackIce Enterprise Risk Management Inc.
('BlackIce') (CSE: BIS), will be consolidating the company’s share capital on a one new for 2 old basis. The company also plans on
concurrently completing a private placement of up to 25,000,000 units at a price of $0.075 per unit. The unit will consist of one
share and one whole share purchase warrant exercisable at a price of $0.10 for a term of three years. The price of the private
placement is based on the closing price of the shares on Oct 06/2017 of $0.05. Post consolidated 2 for 1 being $0.10 with a 25%
discount arriving at $0.075 per share. The shares issued pursuant to the private placement will contain the statutory four-month
hold period from the date of issuance.
It is further anticipated that the two founders and key employees of BlackIce Enterprise Rick Management Inc.
Judy and Zayn Kalyan, will be participating in the private placement.
The proceeds of the private placement will be used to launch the BlackIce CECL SOLVE SaaS marketing strategy in
the U.S., provide working capital, and development of the BlackIce ERA utilizing blockchain technology.
