with Westbury Decontamination, a United Kingdom-based service and distribution company and part of the Westbury Group of companies.
As part of the agreement, Westbury will distribute the TOMI™ line of products and were granted rights in both
geographic territories and multiple industries. This agreement has resulted in purchases to date and will also lead to future
purchases of SteraMist™ equipment as Westbury prepares to address the growing need for this technology in its market.
