Reading International Derivative Lawsuit Trial Postponed by Nevada District Court
Reading International, Inc. (“Reading” or the “Company”) today announced that on January 8, 2018, the Honorable Elizabeth
Gonzalez of the District Court for Clark County, Nevada (the “District Court”), entered her order postponing, at the request of the
Plaintiff, the commencement of the trial in Nevada Derivative Litigation Cotter vs. Cotter, et al., Case No. A-15-719860-B,
Dept. No. XXVII (the “Cotter Jr. Derivative Litigation”).
No new trial date has been set and the trial is not expected to be re-set before mid-2018.
