(the "Company" or "LeadFX") (TSX: LFX) announces the results of today's annual and special meeting of shareholders
(the "Meeting").
A total of 61,157,478 common shares were represented at the Meeting, representing 91.62% of the total issued and outstanding
common shares of the Company.
All matters presented for shareholder approval at the Meeting were approved, as follows:

Appointment of KPMG LLP as auditors of the Company for the ensuing year and
authorizing the directors of fix their remuneration;

Election of the directors of the Company for the ensuing year;
and
|

(c)
|
Approval of the Omnibus Equity Incentive Plan of the Company.

Each of the directors listed as nominees in the management information circular dated April 12,
2018 were elected directors of the Company until the next annual meeting of shareholders, as set out below:
