(NYSE: COE) signed a manifestation of commitment and support with the Department of Information and Communications
Technology (DICT) at the 2nd Philippine Impact Sourcing Conference (PISCON) held in Cebu City.
DICT is the executive department of the Philippine government responsible for the planning, development, and promotion of the
country's information and communications technology agenda in support of national development. 51Talk, a NYSE listed company, has
been recruiting professional Filipino English teachers throughout the Philippines to teach

The memorandum is about DICT supporting 51Talk in providing home-based online English teaching opportunities for Filipino
English teachers. The conference took place at the Waterfront Hotel in Cebu, where over 600 delegates from different local
government units attended.
