KEW MEDIA GROUP Reminds Shareholders to Submit Proxies for Annual and Special Meeting

KEW MEDIA GROUP INC. (“KEW”) (TSX: KEW and KEW.WT) would like to remind shareholders they have until 10:00 A.M. (Toronto time) Tuesday, June 12, 2018 to vote their shares for the upcoming annual and special meeting (the “Meeting”) of shareholders (the “Shareholders”) to be held at 10:00 a.m. (Toronto time) on June 14, 2018.

Shareholders are urged to carefully read the information circular in connection with Meeting. A copy of the information circular in addition to other meeting materials is available on SEDAR at www.sedar.com and on KEW's website at www.kewmedia.com/corporate/AGM. Management of KEW recommends a vote FOR all proposed resolutions.
