Graco Announces Regular Quarterly Dividend
The Board of Directors of Graco Inc. (NYSE:GGG) has declared a regular quarterly dividend of 13.25 cents ($0.1325) per
common share, payable on August 1, 2018, to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 15, 2018. The Company has
approximately 167.1 million shares outstanding.
