Management Information Circular dated May 11, 2018 were elected as its Directors. The
directors were unanimously elected by show of hands at the Company's Annual Meeting held on June
19, 2018.
9,787,227 common shares were represented at the meeting, including 9,706,807 common shares represented by way of proxy and
80,420 common shares in person.
