or the "Company") (TSX: ACQ) today announced the resignation of Arlene Dickinson from its Board of
Directors, effective June 30, 2018.
Ms. Dickinson joined the Board in 2017 and is stepping down in order to devote her time towards other significant
opportunities. Dickinson is the Founder and General Partner of District Ventures Capital, a venture capital fund focused on
innovative Canadian companies in the food & beverage and health & wellness sectors.
