July 30, 2018, First Asset Investment Management Inc. (the "Manager") announces that the
merger of First Asset Morningstar U.S. Consumer Defensive Index ETF (TSX: UCD.UN) (the "Fund") with First Asset MSCI
USA Low Risk Weighted ETF (the "First Asset ETF") (TSX: RWU) was completed on
September 14, 2018.
In connection with the merger, each holder of units of the Fund received 0.562572 units of the First Asset ETF for each Fund
unit held. These First Asset ETF units are listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol: RWU.
