(TSX: MDF), a Canadian leader in information technology, announces today that its President and Chief Executive Officer, Mr.
Claude Roy, has advised the Board of Directors of his intention to pass the torch in the context
of a smooth transition process. Various options could be considered as part of such initiative, taking into consideration the
interests of the shareholders, clients and employees of the Corporation, while ensuring its sustainability. The Board of
Directors has formed a special committee to assist management with this undertaking.
Claude Roy plans to remain in office throughout the process and to carry on Mediagrif's
business activities as planned. No formal decision has been made at this time, and there can be no assurance that this process
will lead to a change within the organisation or the conclusion of a transaction in the future.
The Corporation will not further comment on this matter unless a decision is approved or recommended for approval by the
Board, the process is concluded, or it is otherwise determined that further disclosure is appropriate or required by law.
