announced today that it has executed a Letter of Intent to acquire trademarks for Humboldt Brands®, Hemp-Aid® and
HempAid®. This Letter of Intent is part of a broader effort by Real Brands to expand their brand holdings while creating unique
marketing strategies in at least three CBD Categories: smokables, edibles and topical balms and lotions.
