“Company”) (TSX:KL) (NYSE:KL) (ASX:KLA) is pleased to announce an increase in the quarterly dividend to CAD$0.04
per common share from CAD$0.03 per common share previously. The dividend increase will be effective with the fourth quarter
2018 dividend payment, to be paid on January 11, 2019 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on December 31, 2018.
With the latest increase, the Company has now raised the quarterly dividend three times since the adoption of its dividend policy
in March 2017. The Company’s quarterly dividend qualifies as an “eligible dividend” for Canadian income tax purposes.
