her resignation as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of the Company effective January 4, 2019. The appointment of Ms
Lo’s permanent replacement for our upcoming development and expansion plans will be announced in due course. Camie Chan, Chief
Operating Officer, will simultaneously serve as the Interim Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary during the transition.
