-- Conduent Incorporated (NYSE: CNDT), a digital interactions company, announced the appointment of
Brian Clayton as Chief Compliance Officer (CCO).
Clayton will be responsible for the global planning, implementing and monitoring of a corporate compliance program for
Conduent relating to its information and data security and contractual obligations. He will oversee policies and procedures to
maintain a culture of compliance, including global compliance training, personnel and committees, investigation and resolution of
compliance matters in these areas.

Clayton joined Conduent in 2003. He has served as both the Chief Privacy Officer and the Associate General Counsel of
Conduent.
Clayton earned his bachelor's degree in psychology from Nova Southeastern University, and holds a
Juris Doctor (J.D.) in American Legal Studies from New York Law School.
