Advocate Aurora Health Returns as Presenting Sponsor; More Films and Locations Planned

The Marcus Corporation (NYSE:MCS), is excited to announce the expansion of the CineLatino Milwaukee Film Festival presented by
Advocate Aurora Health. The 2019 event takes place April 10-14 and features 15 films, three locations and a variety of special
activities which help raise money for the community. A portion of net proceeds will be donated to local Hispanic health and
education efforts; combined, the first two years of the festival raised more than $40,000 for these initiatives.
CineLatino will kick-off on Wednesday, April 10, at the Marcus Majestic Cinema of Brookfield with a fundraiser benefiting the
Aurora Cancer Care – Spanish Clinic. The celebration continues with a four-day film festival from Thursday, April 11, through
Sunday, April 14, at the Majestic Cinema of Brookfield, Marcus Renaissance Cinema in Sturtevant and Marcus South Shore Cinema in
Oak Creek. Tickets are on sale now for the fundraiser as well as individual films.

April 10: “Energia de Noche” (“Night of Energy”) Fundraiser at Majestic Cinema of Brookfield
Night one features plenty of passion, drama and salsa dancing! The evening begins at 5:30 p.m. with a reception including
beverages, tasting stations, fundraising activities and live entertainment. It continues with a special showing of “Shine” at 7
p.m. The film’s director, Anthony Nardolillo, will also be making a special appearance to autograph movie posters and share more
about the film, which tells the story of two of Spanish Harlem’s most celebrated salsa dancers. One hundred percent of the proceeds
from “Energia de Noche” benefit the Aurora Cancer Care – Spanish Clinic. Tickets are $85 and available for purchase at

2019 CineLatino Film Line-up
Fifteen films will be presented primarily in Spanish with English subtitles, including three nationwide premieres. Horror fans
will jump at the opportunity to see “The Curse of La Llorona” one week before the rest of the U.S. Meanwhile, “El Chicano” and
“Superlopez,” will both premiere domestically at the festival. Films will play at a combination of Majestic of Brookfield,
Renaissance and South Shore Cinemas, with certain titles playing exclusively at South Shore Cinema. Half of all net proceeds from

“Cometa: El, Su Perro y su Mundo” (“Cometa: Him, His Dog and Their World”) (PG) — Cometa is a puppy whose family threw it
into the street. A few years later, it meets Roberto, a man who is going through the worst moment of his life. Together, they
embark on new adventures to recover what they’ve lost.
“Dumbo” (PG) Sponsored by American Heart Association — A young elephant, whose oversized ears enable him to fly,
helps save a struggling circus, but when the circus plans a new venture, Dumbo and his friends discover its dark secrets.

“El Siete Machos” (NR) — In order to woo Rosario, Margarito (Cantinflas) pretends to be a famous outlaw, “El Siete
Machos,” who “possesses the courage of seven macho men.”
“Gran Hotel” (NR) — Cantinflas stars as a bell boy at a ritzy hotel where a millionairess and a bankrupt nobleman happen
to be staying. When the woman loses her necklace, Cantinflas recovers it, only to be hit on the head and develop amnesia.
April 11-14: Special Activities at this Year’s Film Festival
Marcus Theatres and its partners have organized a variety of special activities to complement the film line-up and bring the
community together. Following are the new events coming to this year’s festival:

April 13 — “Eso Es Vivir” (“That is Life”) Event at Majestic Cinema of Brookfield: This Susan G. Komen
Wisconsin-sponsored event aims to bring together women from all walks of life to learn, support and celebrate one another. From
10-10:45 a.m. on Saturday, April 13, attendees can gather for community-building, themed-drink specials and makeovers from Mary
Kay. From there, Komen will host an engaging presentation prior to a special showing of “Ma ma.” The moving film portrays
Penelope Cruz as a woman coping with breast cancer who, amid her suffering, becomes pregnant. Following the film Dr. Federico
Sanchez, an oncologist and leader of the Aurora Cancer Care – Spanish Clinic, will conduct a talk back session with attendees.

April 14 — Pepsi and Marcus Theatres Present: Next Gen Cine Workshop at South Shore Cinema: Calling all aspiring
filmmakers! CineLatino will serve as the launch pad for Next Gen Cine, an exciting new mobile film contest presented by Marcus
Theatres and Pepsi. To kick-off the contest, South Shore Cinema will host the Next Gen Cine Mobile Filmmaker Workshop from 2-4
p.m. on Sunday, April 14. During the session, attendees will learn the basic elements of mobile filmmaking from Marcelo
Martinez, a talented, young Milwaukee filmmaker known for his multidisciplinary skills. Marcelo will teach attendees lighting,

The Pepsi and Marcus Theatres Next Gen Cine mobile video contest challenges emerging talent to create a short film using only
their mobile device. Filmmakers can choose from one of three categories (“Community,” “Family Stories” or “Live Out Loud”),
which can be expressed in any genre. Public registration and more details will be available beginning Wednesday, April 10.
Festivalgoers should also mark their calendars for the return of the Cerveceros Tailgate presented by the Milwaukee
Brewers on Saturday, April 13, from 1-4 p.m. at South Shore Cinema. Additionally, the Family Fiesta is back on Sunday, April
14, from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. with movie-themed games, crafts and more at Majestic of Brookfield, Renaissance and South Shore
Cinemas.
