Portage Announces Change of Auditors

TORONTO, March 12, 2019 /PRNewswire/ - (PBT.U: CSE, PTGEF: OTC Markets) – Portage Biotech Inc. ("Portage" or the "Company") announces that it has changed its auditors from Swartz Lewisky Feldman LLP to Marcum LLP ("SLF") effective immediately. SLF resigned on their own initiative and the board of directors of the Company appointed Marcum LLP as the Company's auditors until the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.

In accordance with National Instrument 51-102, the notice of change of auditor, together with the required letters from the former auditor and the successor auditor, have been reviewed by the audit committee and the board of directors and have been filed on SEDAR.
