TORONTO, March 20, 2019 /CNW/ - Medical Facilities Corporation (TSX: DR) ("Medical Facilities" or the "Company") announced today that a cash dividend payment of Cdn$0.09375 per common share will be payable on April 15, 2019 to holders of record of common shares at the close of business on March 29, 2019. This will be the Company's 180th consecutive dividend payment since inception.

The ex-dividend date for this distribution will be March 28, 2019. Medical Facilities designates this dividend to be an "eligible dividend" pursuant to subsection 89(14) of the Income Tax Act (Canada) and its equivalent in any provinces of Canada.
