Brompton Funds Declare Distributions

T.SBC, T.DGS, T.LBS, T.LCS, T.GDV

TORONTO, April 23, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- (TSX: DGS, GDV, LBS, LCS, SBC) – Brompton Funds announces distributions payable on May 14, 2019 to class A shareholders of record at the close of business on April 30, 2019 for each of the following funds:

The funds noted above offer distribution reinvestment plans (“DRIP”) for class A shareholders which provide class A shareholders with the ability to automatically reinvest distributions, commission free, and realize the benefits of compound growth. Class A shareholders can enroll in a DRIP program by contacting their investment advisor.

A distribution for the class A shares of Brompton Lifeco Split Corp. (“LCS”) is being announced for April as the net asset value per unit of LCS as at April 18, 2019 (after taking into account the payment of the Class A distribution) was greater than $15.00. In accordance with the articles of incorporation for LCS, cash distributions may be paid on the class A shares, if after payment of the distribution by LCS, the net asset value per unit would be greater than $15.00.  Each month, LCS reviews whether the net asset value per unit meets this requirement in order to determine if a class A share distribution will be announced for such month.
