announced today the voting results from its Annual Meeting of
Shareholders held Wednesday, May 15, 2019 in Toronto, Ontario.
The total number of shares represented by shareholders in person and by
proxy was 40,683,049 representing 66.51% of Home Capital’s issued and
outstanding common shares. Shareholders voted in favour of all items of
