("ACP" or "the Company") (TSX-V: ACP) ., subject to the acceptance for filing of the regulatory authorities, has granted stock options to certain consultants of the company to purchase an aggregate of 400,000 common shares in the capital of the company at an exercise price of $0.10 per share, which expires on December 17th, 2020.
