Maritime Resources Expands Its Investor Relations Program, Appoints Tania Barreto Shaw as Head of Investor Relations and Retains Soar Financial Partners

Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - June 15, 2020) - Maritime Resources Corp. (TSXV: MAE) ("Maritime" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that Tania Barreto Shaw has been appointed as Head of Investor Relations for the Company, and Soar Financial Partners (a brand of NorthStar Communications GmbH) has been retained to enhance investor relations activities. Soar Financial Partners will focus on communicating the Company's plans to the financial community primarily in Europe, including existing and potential investors, journalists and other members of the media in order to both keep them informed on Maritime's activities and also to introduce the Company where applicable.

Ms. Shaw brings 15 years of experience to the Company in capital markets, specifically in the mining sector. Most recently as Vice President, Investor Relations and Corporate Affairs for Golden Star Resources, and previously to that held positions of increasing responsibility with Detour Gold, Primero Mining and Roxgold.

Soar Financial Partners is an international provider of investor relations and public relations services with offices in Frankfurt, Germany and Vancouver, Canada. The team conducts multi-national road shows, on- and offline conferences, webinars and live interviews on leading social media platforms, as well as other services to companies primarily in the mining space.
