is pleased to announce a non-brokered private placement (the "Private Placement") of up to 2,500,000 units (the "Units") with a subscription price of $0.20 per common share of the company for gross proceeds of up to $500,000. In its entry into the Canadian and soon-to-be public markets, Marianna Naturals Corp. will use the net proceeds from the financing towards progressing their expansion into Canada through licensing, further product development, general working capital and targeted marketing campaigns.
In recent news the company secured product distribution in Asia and through the WeChat social media platform targeting the following countries
(China, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Macau, Philippines and Hong Kong)
expanding the Marianna Naturals brand globally.
