British Columbia Securities Commission Technical Disclosure Review

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - May 26, 2021) - American CuMo Mining Corporation (TSXV: MLY) (OTC Pink: MLYCF) ("CuMoCo" or the "Company") announces that as a result of a review by the British Columbia Securities Commission ("BCSC"), the Company is issuing this news release to retract the following disclosure "Current metal prices would reduce this potential cash cost (to produce a pound of molybdenum) to under US$0.75 per pound." in its news release date May 12, 2021 and in a recent Jon Brown Stockhouse article.

The Statement should not be relied upon and is hereby retracted, and it has also been removed from the Stockhouse article.

The June 4, 2020 independent 43-101 technical report, available on SEDAR or on the Company website, is the current technical report and it shows a cash cost of $4.67 per pound molybdenum, using metal prices of $3 copper and $17.50 per ounce silver. This should be considered the current cash cost to produce a pound of molybdenum.

Mr. Shaun M. Dykes, M.Sc. (Eng), P.Geo., President and CEO of the Company, is the designated qualified person for the CuMo and Bleiberg Projects and has prepared the technical information contained in this news release.
