("ARC") confirms a quarterly dividend amount of $0.10 per share for January 17, 2022 to shareholders of record on December 31, 2021, representing a 52 per cent increase from ARC's previous quarterly dividend of $0.066 per share. The ex-dividend date is December 30, 2021. At December 15, 2021, the trailing 12-month payments to shareholders total $0.246 per share.
