The company has filed these materials with the Securities and Exchange Commission, and they are available for viewing online.

The 2023 Annual Meeting of Shareholders takes place on Saturday, May 6, at 9:30 a.m. ET at the Cincinnati Art Museum, 953 Eden Park Drive, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202. The company invites those unable to attend in person to visitcinfin.com/investors for a live, listen-only webcast of the meeting.
