Edmonton, Alberta - TheNewswire - Oct. 11, 2023 - Innovotech Inc. (TSX-V:IOT) the “Company”) concluded its annual general and special meeting of shareholders on 10 October 2023. Shareholders voted in favor of all matters, which included the re-election of James Timourian, Karen Farkas, David Tam, Bernard Grobbelaar, Julie Wright, and Craig Milne as directors of the Company. Shareholders approved a grant of 150,000 incentive stock options under its stock option plan exercisable at $0.12 per share to six directors in the amount of 25,000 per director. The options are for five years and expire on October 12, 2028.
Shareholders also approved the appointment of D&H Group LLP as the Company auditors for the 2024 fiscal year and re-approval of the Company’s existing 10% rolling stock option plan.
