(NYSE: NAK). The settlement provides for a fund of $6,375,000 to benefit class members. For the purposes of the settlement, the class is defined as: if you purchased or otherwise acquired securities of Northern Dynasty Minerals Ltd. during the period from December 21, 2017 through November 24, 2020, both dates inclusive, (i) on any stock exchanges located in the United States, (ii) on any alternative trading systems located in the United States, or (iii) pursuant to other domestic transactions, you could get a payment from a proposed class action settlement
