VANCOUVER, British Columbia, July 5, 2024 – TheNewswire – FRX Innovations Inc. (TSXV: FRXI) (FSE: W2A.F) (“FRX” or the “Company”), reports that on July 02, 2024, it’s wholly-owned subsidiary FRX Polymers (Europe) NV received a notice of demand of its borrowings from its European lender for amounts totaling €8,575,375 plus daily accruing interest. As guarantor of this debt along with FRX Polymers Inc. USA, the Company has received a formal demand to honor the repayment obligation.

The Company has been and continues to be in active discussions with its lender and others, to resolve this matter. As a resolution of the matter will have a material impact on the Company’s ability to maintain its status as a going concern, the Company will update once the active discussions are concluded.
