RoyalMax Biotechnology Canada Inc. has signed a supply agreement for non-medical cannabis with the B.C. Liquor Distribution Branch.
RoyalMax is a subsidiary of Matica Enterprises Inc.

Matica is a multi-faceted, innovative company in the Quebec cannabis space. Its subsidiary, RoyalMax Biotechnology Canada Inc. is a Dorval, Quebec-based Health Canada License Holder with standard cultivation, processing, medical sales and sales licenses.
RoyalMax Biotechnology Canada Inc. is a Dorval-based licensed producer of marijuana products.
Matica Enterprises (MMJ) is up 7.7 per cent, trading at C$0.07 per share at 3:45 pm EST.
