PlantX Life (CSE:VEGA, OTC:PLTXF) has announced that Bloom Sushi, a plant-based sushi restaurant based out of Chicago, has been added to its XMarket Vegan Food Hall, which opens later this month.
The Vancouver-based company said in a news release that Bloom Sushi is one of six initial culinary concepts added to its XMart Vegan Food Hall, which will be open later this month.
Bloom Sushi offers traditional Japanese dining where the chef provides a meal specific to the customer’s preference, based on budget, taste, availability and seasonality.
“Our initial food lineup of six restaurants provides an incredibly diverse set of options and experiences,” Lorne Rapkin, CEO of PlantX Life, said in a statement. “Food lovers will continuously find new favourites and try new delicacies each time they visit, and the innovators at Bloom have ensured this with the Omakase concept.”
PlantX Life provides a wide range of plant-based products to customers all around North America. Its portfolio includes more than 5,000 products as well as a juice brand, coffee company, plant shop and brick-and-mortar grocery stores.
Shares of PlantX Life are unchanged at C$0.020.
