Healthcare technology company HEALWELL AI Inc. (TSX:AIDX) has completed its acquisition of Intrahealth Systems Ltd.
Intrahealth is a former subsidiary of WELL Health Technologies (TSX:WELL) , which is an insider of HEALWELL.
The Toronto-based HEALWELL is engaged in artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled disease diagnosis to power its solutions in Canada and the United States.

HEALWELL acquired 100 per cent of the shares outstanding of Intrahealth from WELL for total consideration of C$24.2 million.
Roughly 15,000 healthcare professionals are supported by Intrahealth across its global network. In 2024, it is expected that Intrahealth will generate more than C$12 million in revenues, achieve over 80 per cent gross margins, and produce positive earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) and cashflows.
