Jackpot Digital (TSXV:JJ) has signed a licensing agreement with the Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA) to install its dealerless poker tables.

SIGA operates seven casinos and Playnow.com in Saskatchewan. It intends to initially install Jackpot Blitz machines at its Dakota Dunes and Gold Horse Casino properties in Saskatoon and Lloydminster, respectively.

In a news release, Jackpot’s president and CEO, Jake Kalpakian, said, “We are very excited to be working with SIGA and entering the Saskatchewan market. Saskatchewan is the first of several Canadian provinces we hope to add as we move through 2024.”

This expands the Vancouver-based company’s growing Jackpot Blitz footprint and follows news on its recent installations in Minnesota, Michigan and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Each new Jackpot Blitz table installed is expected to bring additional monthly recurring revenue to the company. The installations are subject to Jackpot obtaining the customary regulatory and licensing approvals.

Jackpot Digital is an electronic table games manufacturer for the cruise ship industry and regulated casino industry. The company specializes in multiplayer gaming products, including poker and casino games. These are complemented by a robust suite of back-end tools for operators to efficiently control and optimize their gaming business.

Jackpot Digital Inc. last traded at $0.070 per share.
