Canopy Growth (TSX:WEED) is launching the award-winning California-grown Claybourne cannabis brand in Canada through an exclusive licensing agreement.

Founded in 2017, Claybourne has grown into a top 3 cannabis brand in California driven by a reputation for quality blunts, indoor flower and infused pre-rolls delivered through untraditional collaborations and partnerships.

Canadian medical and adult-use consumers will have initial access to Claybourne’s Frosted Flyers infused pre-rolls, including the high-potency strains Blue Dream, Strawberry Cough, Pineapple Express, Grape Gasolina and Banana OG.

The Claybourne rollout covers recreational cannabis e-commerce channels and retail locations in select regions, as well as the Spectrum Therapeutics online store for medical consumers.

Based on internal sales data from Canopy Growth, Canada’s pre-roll segment has grown by 94 per cent since 2022, with infused pre-rolls representing 9.6 per cent of the recreational market.
