Teaching Papaya | Ratanakiri Gems | Coconuts | Angkor Gold

?BAN LUNG, Cambodia -- The sixth time for me is the charm.?
This time 'round, The Calandra Report is spreading its wings in the Kingdom. Ratanakiri Province's minerals and Angkor Gold (TSX: V.ANK, Stock Forum) concessions -- 7 of 'em, as our TCR family knows by now.

We also are taking a closer look at the province's gems -- zircon specifically. (Photos from minerals PhD. attached. Paula C. Piilonen of the Research & Collections Division at the Canadian Museum of Nature in Ottawa, is probing the stones for geochemistry signals that might lead to broader understanding of Angkor Gold's holdings here.

?My interest is the soaring price of the brilliant stones here. Earlier this year, in April, one Gemma Calandra and I scored a wonderful stone -- later transformed via a Wyoming artist (John Finley) into a silver-encased pendant for the California teen-ager. Since then, prices have risen at least 20 percent.

Price inflation is everywhere in this nation of 15 million: VEHICLES, FOOD, SERVICES, REAL ESTATE, and LABOR. Cambodia is on track to lead emerging market economies in growth for much of the coming five years, according to independent and public forecasts.

More to come for our paying subscribers on a duo of Canadians set on becoming the next coconut czars of SE Asia. Cambodia produces about 80 percent of the region's coconuts, which are booming in value because of the coconut water craze worldwide.

David Clifton and Kevin Mizuno of One Earth Foods are looking at the agriculture angle and operating from a Phnom Penh suburb. Naturally, they are members of the TCR family.? The two 40-somethings were involved several years ago in the development of stevia, a leafy plant from South America that is used as a natural sugar substitute.

Briefly: See my classroom teaching video on YouTube if you care about community action. We are here, as always, spreading good will with Angkor Gold's community component. I teach regularly, when I am not in the mineral fields, interviewing ministry officials from Mining & Energy or surveying Angkor Gold's joint Phum Syarung mine (with India's Mesco Consolidated) and its Otray and fresh Phum Lumh in the northeast. Love these kids, and hoping for our February 2015 tour to invite Canada's Justin Bieber to join us.
I have been trying to purchase more ANK as I can, but the shares are challenging to find.

-- I attach from Karsen Busche in Germany fresh European coverage of Sirona Biochem (TSX: V.SBM, Stock Forum), which I bought last week. It is developing a skin lightener that is safer and more effective for Asians (and others) than what is legally available now. In the capital, I toured several of the modern Japanese and Korean shopping centers -- all selling mod-versions of organic, food-based cosmetics. More to come. That one is SBM ticker in Canada.

-- I have no mobile text functions here, and have not since arriving a week ago. Please for reassurances on Sysorex (OTO: SYRX, Stock Forum), BioCryst (NASDAQ: BCRX, Stock Forum), Carlisle Goldfields (TSX: CGJ, Stock Forum) and several others already discussed, ping the always responsive e-mail (pictured here for the kids in Ban Lung).
