Wait for it.
When the broader appetite for copper and gold return to investors' bellies,
Atico Mining shares already will have regained their ?highs.
I own 'em and I have seen
El Roble in Colombia.
Atico Mining and the
PRODUCING ?minerals companies that are boosting head grades (gold in this case) and metals recoveries, year to year and one hopes, quarter to quarter (when all of the malfunctions are functioning again), will show the best equity increases in a metals rally. (Others: Mandalay Resources in Sweden, Australia and Chile; possibly
Endeavour Silver in Mexico; several others in our
TCR subscribing sphere?)
And this:
Los Ganozas (Peru family -- Fortuna Silver) run tight ships, always have. In this release (below),
Fernando Ganoza says Atico could get to 650 metric tons per day on the ever improving El Roble mill. Knowing how the family operates, I think that 650 tpd "on certain days" will get to 650 tpd on "many days" -- one hopes before summer.
Atico is ATY in Canada.
Please keep an eye on
thomcalandra.com. I continue my research into the operator of Colorado's
Golden W. mine and 28 surrounding claims. I won't be adding to my 6,100 shares until after I publish the full
TCR report on the gold miner and ore supplier.
-- Recent additions personally: TRER --
Texas Rare Earth Resources; Riverside Resources, Angkor Gold ($29,700 worth)
-- Graphite: still looking for a one-week climb in Eric Desaulniers'
Nouveau Monde Enterprises. Eric and our other Quebecois friends, Glenn Mullan of Golden Valley Mines|Abitibi Royalties, for instance, ?are just as jacked about their NHL ?Habs there in Montreal as they are their businesses this time of year?. PUCKS. I tell ya.
Speaking of Quebec:Argex Titanium is back on the road, looks like. Argex, with facility just outside the Montreal city limits if I recall correctly from a visit last year, will be presenting at the Riley show in Los Angeles in two weeks. I don't own the shares. ...
Sysorex Global Systemsalso will be at the
B. Riley Investment Conference in Los Angeles. SYRX will be showing its quarterly numbers to investors sometime in mid-May. I expect meaningful cost cutting across the Sysorex units ?and good oral guidance for CEO Nadir ALI ?on the upside for some of Sysorex's government contracts. The shares are volatile and I own them. High hopes for the computer systems integrator AND ITS LOOING CONTRACTS OUTSIDE OF THE GOVERNMENT SPHERE?. I add shares regularly.

The presenting companies look like a record number for the 16th annual Riley thing -- in Hollywood this year.
TiVo will be there, for one. Love that company right now. TIVO in USA ticker
-- Onesies: So speaking of l----o-----n-----?-g, I had a long one-on-one with the chairman of one of the immuno-therapy companies, one of the few that is not making headlines (
see: KITE, JUNO tickers in USA). After the power-chat with
Albert Scardino, I am starting to learn that the so-called "platforms" for delivering antigens for destruction and possible future prevention of cancer cells are just as important as the antigens themselves.
ImmunoVaccine is a Halifax, Canada, company that uses oil, not water, for its delivery at injection. Going through my notes now. I see that ?Mr. Scardino is known for his communicating skills; he is a former newspaper editorial writer from Georgia, USA, and he now lives in London. He owns 5 percent of ImmunoVaccine's shares, and so do 6 or 7 others. IMV in Canada is ticker. My only immuno-therapy holding is BioCryst Pharmaceuticals at present.
Pershimco: Agnico-Eagle is doing all the placements these days, it seems. And purchases outright. Pershimco Resources in Panama just got Agnico-Eagle for a 20 percent equity partner:
see article. I have been to Pershimco's Cerro Quema copper and gold project in Panama. I liked it, and I bought the shares when they were twice the price Agnico-Eagle is getting 'em at. I still own my PRO (Canada ticker).
Alain Bureau, CEO, climbs mountains and operates out of Quebec, along with the Bureau family, which have steep engineering and metallurgical backgrounds.
Way out there: Remember Rocmec, the drilling equipment company from Canada? It's called
Nippon Dragon these days, and it continues to pursue narrow-vein drilling of mineral properties using hydraulics, electricity, super-heat and prayers. If you know anything, snicker me. NIP in Canada -- Quebec.
