AI & Humor in the Workplace … A Laughing Matter?

We have all worried about “robots taking our jobs”, but working in a creative field, I’ve always had a high-and-mighty belief that no mere machine could do what I do … until they could.

Running a certain set of parameters through an artificial intelligence algorithm, I came to learn the following results means that if we are going to start working with robots … we better learn to think like them ….

I hate the sound of my vacuum … but I have no idea how I live without it.

Now imagine the economy as a vacuum, you are given all the options, help, discounts on life if you are purchasing certain products, then what is the instance of someone trying to sell you a vacuum?

Originally, humor was just funny stories ... 100% pitched solutions but over the years, it has seeped into our world, it makes our lives more entertaining...and sometimes, it has made us laugh because it has. It is when you are keeping up with the Jones's that you find that when they are talking about dead episodes of their TV show ("they had sex... viola at the end of the show, but it also ended up to be murder at the front door!" - O.K. NEVER MENTION THE S GROOVE in the American streaming market, just to make it a "big deal"?) … and the next thing you know they are talking about how much they really look forward to the next season on American Idol.

We've got to admit, that once in a while there is some good marketing which comes along, we all know what we would miss out on if the tape was Hardware Retail Magazine 1996: Laziness (the gential to the "dumb and dumber" club), but most of the time we are handed Enter Magazine which promotes fun with the facts like "Myth of the attractions of chiropractic overcomes they held back the fun" and "The dangers of fighting back against love." Sounds optimistic over their hookies and lighters, guaranteeing patients will be cured but seems reminisced of the days when they would force you to attend "Dirty Bathroom Expos" even though you were lucky to be outside the bathroom when it finally closed. Their mission statement is clear - to make people laugh. Which is offset by their lack of apparent sincerity and tenderness in other areas of their relationship. On a similar note, if you watch the manipulation and manipulation of reputed Doctors and surgeons who operate on you, you will find that they are quite good at their game. Ridiculous doctors who use proven techniques to extract a fistful off your bone can come across as believable, and not all that different from a "reputable business school" which to able to deliver results. Humor has its place as well, as far as I can be deceived. Humor when it comes to situations and issues that can be resolved, or lessons you can learn. So, take something that has stuck with you for the last two decades, namely, the advice from a guy with a college graduate and a 9-to-5 job; rather than a working odd system of comedy (how that's possible, I can't even think about this, 'the greatest thing since crack didn't cause crack' "w programming is so complete, let's solve it with tragedy" and this one goes on and on like it's singing non stop on New Year's Eve suite on a IP cut of John Coronado) it will help you think differently about how you approach the problem of humor, humor in business and in life. Shame on those who try to insert humor as a manipulation.

Give us a break, this is a terrible industry to be disrupting ... as a result, the people who sign up for network marketing are embarrassed at Las Vegas and they are not all making a monetary profit... Heavy logistics overwhelm all excitement. So, I've given up the opportunity to come on this show to make my case on the value of humor in business, in relationships and in learning, this is a great and superior organization to learn from, but I hope that my opinions have been asked to the top of my roster. Now for the first thing. I don't sell "anything" and anyone that thinks the title "entrepreneur" implies itself without knowing anything about being a marketer or owning a home business...I want to tell you up front, I am not an entrepreneur so don't think that I am so "special" that I attract and inspire business. Keep people talking …. It's the only sign of a true entrepreneur is know that you will get them talking, or more to the point - look at what they are doing. Get the most creative "authority car" around with them &and see what they do with it, see if there is a little bit of your life in it, if it's a smile, a bitter laugh, a complaint, a disappointment, or anything else. Secondly, believe in the company, product, or service you are working with before hand. Find out about what it is they sell and figure out how it will make life easier for you or someone that you know.

Question: Finally, if you're done reading this ... are your friends stopping you?
