It went from a merger with synergies to Exro bought Sea in last NR.
Did Exro buy a failing company called Sea? If so the extra shares, the many many extra shares are payment.
Why the change is script? Now that Tony and crew have equity they can turn to cash are they heading for the hills. Are they going to stick around?
