This would appear to confirm the patent has been registered under the Verde Fertilizantes Ltda corporate name and would therefore be available for the Company to use without payment of licence fees or royalties to the "inventor". This is as one would expect.

Perhaps it would be worth following up with a specific question at the next Q&A session, focused on the terms and conditions of employment that confirms any and all IP produced while an employee of Verde belongs 100% to the Company.

Thanks again for your astute digging into publicly available information regarding Verde that others do not seem to have yet found.
