Verde.ag website updateThe opening page when you go to the Verde.ag website states boldly:
We are a British agri-tech company controlled by Brazilians. We operate the largest Brazilian potash mine, based in the State of Minas Gerais.
I find this declaration to be false and misleading. Can I suggest the Company update this declaration to more correctly read:
We are an agri-tech company originally incorporated in the United Kingdom, which is publicly listed and trades primarily on the Toronto Stock Exchange in Canada. The majority of our shareholders are resident in Canada, although about 25% of the shares are owned by Brazilian citizens. Our subsidiary companies operate solely in Brazil, where we currently employ about 100 people based in the State of Minas Gerais focused on operating the largest Brazilian Glauconite mine as a source of raw material for a line of agricultural fertilizers.
Some mighty say I am being picky, I would argue that I am being both honest and precise. Why does the Company need to advance claims that are just not true?
What do others think?
Cheers.
