2017 NI 43-101 Technical Study Update - Selling priceWhile the sales volumes predicted in the first 3 years of the 2017 Study have not been achieved, the realized price per tonne for the sales that have been made are more in line with the figures shown in the study.
Year 1 and 2 were forcast to be US$38.10 and Year 3 was US$35.17 per tonne. Looking at the 2019 Audited Financial Statements, we get an average selling price of $50.32 in Canadian dollars which at today's $0.82 exchgange rate that would be US $41.
2020 results were not so hot at $37 Canadian, but we did see sales in Q1 2021 come it at $50 Canadian.
It will be interesting to see how they price future sales in the 2017 update due out in December this year, especially given the technology enhancements redued recently that might be the basis of higher retail prices.
