Dilution is just a few short months away...... given the new capital gains rules, an extension on the existing debentures with enhanced terms may be better.

Seems pretty clear that they have no assets anybody wants (except for Peanuts) and shareholders are going ot be massively diluted.   Fine Capital and BOD are sound asleep.

They are still working on asset sales so the jury is still out on the debentures and how the deal with them.   The last CEO & CFO were disasters (Fine Capital and the BOD are to blame ...more

Looks as though they will have to kick those debentures down the road with improved terms.  Looks promising though.  The last guy had no fiscal discipline. All good.
